Bill Perkins was the drill instructor for the Astoria Mariners (1960 – 1965)
and the manager of the Astoria Sunsetters (1966 – 1972)
As noted at the top of the page, Bill Perkins was the manager of the Astoria Sunsetters from 1966 until they folded in 1972.
He used the Sunsetters uniforms (black pants/skirts with dark green blouses) for the “New Mustangs” AKA: “The Who?”
